Vipes® Subscription Terms and Conditions

With a Vipes subscription, you automatically receive your chosen quantity of the product you choose every month, hassle-free. This way, you'll never run out and can stay consistent effortlessly.

What does the subscription include?

• Every month you will receive the number of packages you have chosen (for example 1, 2 or 3).
• The subscription will be automatically renewed and delivery will be monthly by default.
• You can change your preferences at any time.

Price and payment

• The monthly price depends on the number of packages chosen.
• The current prices are always clearly displayed on the product page before you take out the subscription.
• Payment will be made automatically via your chosen payment method.
• Any discounts or promotions will be automatically deducted from the monthly amount.

Pause or cancel

• You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time, without obligation.
• Cancellations or changes must be received by us no later than 5 business days prior to the next scheduled shipment.
• You can easily cancel or change your subscription via your account or by sending an email to: info@vipeshydrogen.com.

Shipping and delivery

• Your order will be automatically shipped to the specified address every month.
• You will receive a confirmation with track & trace with every delivery.

Changing your subscription

• You can change the number of packages, change your address, or update your payment method at any time.
• You can do this via your account or by contacting us.
