At Vipes®, customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities. Not completely satisfied with your order? No worries, you are entitled to a return and refund under the conditions below.
Return Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and complete.
- The original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, must be returned.
- Returns can easily be registered via your customer account on our website or by email: info@vipesstyle.com.
Please note: Used or damaged products are not eligible for a refund, unless the product was delivered defective.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will receive a refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.
A fixed return fee of €6 will be deducted from the refund amount, regardless of the shipping method chosen.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs and the fixed return fee are your responsibility, unless:
- the product was delivered defective, or
- there was an incorrect delivery.
Received a Defective or Damaged Product?
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@vipesstyle.com, preferably with photos. We will immediately provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a full refund without deductions.
